Mewzam is a multimedia application available on iPhone that allows artists to sell widgets of their art. With this app, users can create a virtual gallery of art on their home screen. The process is simple: artists upload their art to their profile, and when someone purchases access to their widgets, they can display the uploaded art in widgets on their phone.
Supporting artists on Mewzam not only allows users to enjoy beautiful art but also provides direct support to the artists themselves. By purchasing from an artist, users gain access to widgets featuring all of the artist's uploaded art.
To create widgets, users need to purchase access from an artist. After the purchase, they can go to their home page, long press an app, select "edit home screen," and tap the plus icon in the top left corner. Once the Mewzam widget extension appears in the widget menu, users can select one of three sizes. After selecting the widget, they can edit it and choose the artist they want to display art from. Users can either display art from a specific artist or toggle the "show newest art" option to automatically update the widget with the artist's latest work.
